Shipping Policy

All of Maily'sKitchen Authentic products are manufactured, packaged and shipped from Antwerp, Belgium. Maily'sKitchen Selection products are imported to Belgium and later packaged and shipped to each destination. 

 

After orders are received, it takes about 3 - 5 business days to contact the courier and process the delivery. The shipping process is managed by the courier provider and each delivery can be tracked by a tracking number. The delivery time depends on the destination of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

In case the products are damaged at arrival, Maily'sKitchen will send you the new product(s), free of charge. To claim the product replacement, kindly contact our customer support and provide evidence (pictures or video) of the damaged goods. Every product delivered to our customers is covered by insurance, to ensure each order arrives safely.

In case where the received product(s) has exceeded the expiry date, Maily'sKitchen will send you the new product(s), free of charge. To claim the product replacement, kindly contact our customer support and provide evidence (pictures or video) of the exceeded date.
